Module 2: JumpSTART for Pediatrics — Kids aren’t small adults. JumpSTART modifies the START algorithm for pediatric physiology. Know the differences before you need them.

Module 3: IMS Quick Refresher — Triage doesn’t happen in a vacuum. You need a system around it. Quick, practical refresher on Incident Management for MCIs — who does what, and when.

Module 4: King County Lessons Learned — This is the important one. King County threw out the traditional MCI playbook after discovering that triage funnel points and rigid protocols were creating the bottlenecks that killed people. Their solution is elegant, evidence-informed, and field-tested. If you only read one module, make it this one.
