RustyMedic is scenario-based training for EMS providers who don’t wait to be told to get better. Short, practical courses and free clinical reads — built around the calls that are high acuity and low frequency, where the rust costs the most.
Who’s behind it

RustyMedic is a one-person operation. I’m a working paramedic, and I built this because the training gap is real: your agency gives you the minimum, and the calls that keep you up at night don’t care about minimums. Every course and every Clinical Pearl here comes from real calls, real decisions, and current evidence — written the way I’d want it handed to me before a shift.
What RustyMedic is (and isn’t)
- It is practical, scenario-first micro-learning: 30–90 minute courses you can finish between shifts, with lifetime access.
- It is evidence-informed. Content cites current literature and gets updated when the evidence changes.
- It is not accredited continuing education — not yet. CE accreditation is planned as the platform grows, and course pages will say so clearly when it lands.
- It is not medical direction. Always follow your local protocols and medical direction.
